Management of the company

On October 1st 2005 the authorized capital of the joint-stock company Klaipëdos Vanduo amounted to 166 923 500 LTL. The shareowners were:  Municipality of Klaipeda City (94.1%), Government of Klaipeda District (4.7%) and Municipality of Neringa Town (1.2%). The General Meeting of Shareholders, the Council of Supervisors, the Board and Manager of the company constitute the company's management structure.
